This class begins with understanding the emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks that can develop through pain, trauma, betrayal, repeated stress, and deep disappointment—and how those blocks can affect your relationship with yourself, other people, and God.
But this class goes deeper.
We also explore spiritual warfare and the invisible forces that may be working against you. You'll learn about recognizing spiritual attacks, the lies we begin to believe, and how fear and doubt can keep us stuck and interfere with stepping into God's promises.

This class contains the process and tools I developed from what I learned through my own journey of removing blocks, resetting, rediscovering myself, strengthening my relationship with God, and learning to feel and experience the Holy Spirit more deeply.
Building and anchoring positive tools for emotional, mental, and spiritual growth
Identifying emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks
Transitioning from autopilot to self-awareness and intentional, Spirit-led choices
Assigning correct accountability to stress, past hurts, and trauma without blame
Minimizing hurts, trauma, and stress and transitioning toward acceptance
Parts Integration to help heal past hurts and trauma
Forgiveness—learning how to forgive yourself and others
Revisiting times when you needed more love and filling those places with abundant love for healing going forward
Creating your personal happy space of peace, joy, and tranquility
Learning to recognize and feel the Holy Spirit more deeply
Setting short- and long-term goals aligned with your purpose

My role is not to teach you the Bible—that is the role of your religious clergy, leaders, and elders.
My purpose is to guide you through removing blocks, resetting, and rediscovering yourself. As those barriers are removed, you can begin to feel and experience the Holy Spirit more deeply and clear the path toward the life God has called you to live.
